About the CEO

CEO Jade Vucina is a local, born and raised in Pacific Grove with family both locally and in Brasil. She thrives off pushing the boundaries and building businesses from scratch. A serial entrepreneur, with years of restaurant and hospitality experience, she is the visionary and is in charge of the overall success of the business. In her spare time she goes to the gym and enjoys outdoor activities.

About the CFO

COO/CFO, Ian Karafa is a sports enthusiast, golf professional and former hip hop dancer. He is from Michigan and has lived in the Monterey area for over 5 years. Ian is in charge of the financial success of The Salty Seal, managing the day to day finances, billing, payroll and HR. In his spare time he likes to play poker and participate in sports betting.

About the Night Manager

Night Manager Frank Padilla is in charge of booking the entertainment, security and the overall success of each night. He assists with maintenance in the building, restocking toiletries, lights, and necessary items to keep the venue working everyday. He has a lot of experience working in the entertainment industry in large Las Vegas venues. Come see Frank DJ on Wednesday nights from 8pm - 1am!

About the Bar Manager

Bar Manager Chris Marcos is in charge of two bars, inventory management, scheduling FOH staff and assisting with operations. He is a former hip hop industry dancer, pop & musical theatre singer and LA based TV/film actor! a very talented man.
